The Equity Release Council is proud to be participating at the upcoming Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) at Leeds Armouries on 22nd April 2015. The MBE is the longest established Expo, having held regular events across the country for over 14 years.

Having over 40 financial companies and industry bodies at the event, MBE looks forward to welcoming mortgage brokers, IFAs and financial consultants that are looking for new business opportunities and for an overview of the market status.

You will have the chance to directly discuss clients’ finance and planning needs with building societies, specialist lenders, retirement planning providers, specialist providers of commercial and bridging finance for property development, and industry bodies.  

At the CII CPD accredited seminars there will be updates and insights from institutional and market experts, with keynote speakers including Peter Hill, Chief Executive, Leeds Building Society, Lynda Blackwell from The FCA, and representatives from Nationwide for Intermediaries, Kensington Mortgages and Masthaven.

The Council is happy to announce that Neil Simmons, Business Manager at Equity Release Information Centre and member of the Market Growth Working Group will be running the equity release session in the afternoon.

There is no charge for attendance and seminars are counting towards 35h of compulsory continued professional development.
