Firstly, I’m from Yorkshire - so I will answer all your questions in ‘plain English’. We can chat about all the advantages and how much you can release while covering the key things you also need to be aware of. I pride myself on providing - Informal, friendly, down-to-earth advice. I will research and compare across a wide range of the main equity release council-approved lenders. Is equity release right for you?  How much can you release? Are there any better alternatives? - After we have discussed your needs, I will research the market and compare lenders for you to find you the best rate & deal for your needs.

If you decide to go ahead, and only when your plan is completed I charge a fixed advice fee currently £795 which is deducted out of the funds released. ( I can also provide a solicitor that also only charges upon successful completion.)  So if your case doesn’t complete for any reason – you don’t have any expensive bills to pay.
