Watch the Summit on demand

Equity Release Summit delegates are being reminded that they can watch all of the plenaries and breakouts on demand via the portal using there existing registration details. The content will be available until September 24. Digital access is still available at £75+VAT for anyone that missed the event and is available here.

The second Equity Release Summit took place in London’s Church House Westminster on May 12. The main sponsor was Legal & General and it was attended by a cross section of the industry and key stakeholders including frontline advisers, regulators, charities, civil servants and politicians.

In a survey of delegates: 89% of respondents said the event was good value for money; 81% rated the content highly or very highly; and 92% rated the exhibition highly or very highly. Respondents also cited the quality of the speakers and debate as some of the best aspects of the event.

Council chief executive Jim Boyd said: “We are grateful to everyone who supported the Summit, it was an important event which highlighted the potential and ambition of the sector in the heart of Westminster. When we launched the inaugural Summit in 2020 we set out to create an event that would benefit and appeal to frontline advisers as well as providing a platform for sector leaders, national opinion formers and decision makers to understand the role of property wealth in addressing consumer need and the major domestic issues of our time.

“We believe we have achieved that and preparations are well underway for the 2023 which we hope will be even bigger and better than the last.”
