The Equity Release Council is hosting three speakers from the Financial Ombudsman Service during its next webinar Meet the Financial Ombudsman Service.
The speakers are:
- Vanesha Seetal who represents the stakeholder team at the Financial Ombudsman Service and is responsible for managing relationships with key industry players, including the Council. Previously, Vanesha was an investigator working across several casework teams including insurance and banking.
- Emma Peters who was appointed as an ombudsman in 2013. Her previous roles include associate director at both HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group.
- Ken Rose who was appointed as an ombudsman in 2010 and specialises in mortgage and equity release complaints. He has extensive experience within the mortgages sector, previously working as an underwriter.
The webinar starts at 9:30am on Thursday July 28 and is expected to run for about 1hr 15 mins. Click here to register.
