Fees
Surveyor fees are based on caseload volume at point of application and renewal and are priced as follows:
Small Up to 1,250 cases
£1,070
Medium 1,250 to 2,500 cases
£1,873
Large 2,500 + cases
£3,960
Please note:
A one-off application fee of £70 applies and membership fees are exempt from VAT.
Surveyors
Applications from surveyor firms are welcome to join the Council.
Surveyors play a key role in the equity release market valuing properties on behalf of product providers.
Ready to join?
- You must complete a firm application and an individual application for each eligible applicant. Please note all individual applications must be connected to a new or existing firm.
- The Council reserves the right to change fee rates at point of renewal.
- Applications take up to four weeks to process. We will keep you updated along the way.
- Fees are payable once your application has been approved, upon receipt of the invoice.
