The Later Life Lending Summit returns to Sheffield in 2025 to continue important conversations about the future of later life borrowing and advice.

Having held the first more inclusive Later Life Lending Summit last November (in collaboration with AMI) and built on this with a sold-out Westminster edition in May, this year’s event will focus on delivering high-quality education, insight, and networking for professionals across the later life lending space.

A sector that has recently been put under the spotlight with the launch of the FCA’s Discussion Paper entitled ‘Mortgage Rule Review – Future of the Mortgage Market” which looks to explore what needs to change to facilitate sustainable homeownership and economic growth. The later life lending industry has been challenged to think outside the box and the role of advisers in helping people navigate homeownership and borrowing in later life is more vital than ever.
