Age Partnership’s mission is to empower the over 55s to live the life they want. They aim to get to the heart of their customers needs so they can provide solutions to help life get better with Age. As retirement specialists they can offer a range of services tailored to support customers as they reach retirement and beyond.

They have been specialising in equity release since 2004 and have won multiple awards for their service. Their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service has been recognised independently by Investor in Customers (IIC), who awarded them the prestigious Gold accreditation in 2025, the 11th consecutive year they have achieved this accolade.

Age Partnership have a large team of fully qualified and experienced advisors who provide advice spanning a range of leading lenders to find the option that best meets their clients’ individual needs and circumstances. Some of these plans are exclusive to Age Partnership and cannot be accessed direct with the lender or through any other broker.

Age Partnership Ltd.’s equity release service comes with a free, no-obligation discussion and they provide a full written recommendation for free. They also offer a free plan review service to anyone who has had an equity release plan for 12 months or more, even if the original plan wasn’t arranged through Age Partnership, where they will check that customers are still on the best plan to meet their current needs.

Equity release may involve a lifetime mortgage, which is secured against your property, or a home reversion plan and will reduce the value of your estate and impact funding long-term care. Age Partnership advise on lifetime mortgages only.

Equity release requires paying off any existing mortgage. Any money released, plus accrued interest would be repaid upon death, or moving into long-term care.

Age Partnerships’ initial advice is free and without obligation. Only if your case completes would our advice fee of £1995 be payable. Other lender and solicitor fees may apply.
