Working in association with the CS Financial services group I specialise in Equity release and later life lending and provide advice in York and throughout the whole of the country. I find my clients like to have an initial chat about equity release where they can ask as many questions as needed to start to feel comfortable with how it all works and whether its something that may be right for them. Everybody is different so whilst one client might decide almost immediately they want to proceed, some clients need weeks or even month’s to reach a conclusion. If they do decide to go to the next stage, we have a full and in-depth fact find discussion where I establish a clients current and future financial position so I can advise them on later life lending and how it might best suit their needs. I encourage clients to include their children/beneficiaries in the process, and whilst this isn’t essential, many clients do benefit from and welcome that extra level of support.

With an extensive Financial services, property and legal background I am well suited to guide someone throughout the whole process and by carefully explaining the options and procedures involved at all stages I make the experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
