I am ethical, honest, open and trustworthy. My clients’ needs are my priority and if equity release is unsuitable I will tell them, there is no pressure. I have access to all of the lifetime mortgage products that are available to intermediaries with no loyalty to any specific lender. I work both from my home on the outskirts of Bournemouth, Dorset and in our London office. Introducers, family and friends of clients are most welcome to attend any or all of the appointments during the equity release process.
