I am the founder and director of 55+ Equity Release, specialist independent equity release advisers for the over 55s, who always put our clients first.

We only do equity release, as we prefer to focus on being experts in one area – and our specialism is rewarded with regular industry awards.

Operating to the highest standards, we offer honest, ethical advice – we will only write a mortgage if we are completely happy that it is in your best interests.

We always take our time getting to understand your personal circumstances and look at your wider situation, so we can devise a solution that is specifically tailored to you. We operate transparently – we encourage your children or other relatives to join your appointments with us, and we won’t write a mortgage until you have taken independent legal advice. And we talk your language, making sure you understand every stage of the process.

As independent advisers, we have access to the biggest, most respected lenders for equity release. We know the lenders and the products – and we know how to find the most suitable product for you. But our fees can be considerably lower than the biggest equity release brokers – and we don’t charge anything until completion.

All our equity release advisers have years of experience. Personally, I have worked in financial services for more than 25 years, specialising in equity release for more than 12 of these. I was the winner of the National Equity Release Best Sole Trader Award in 2015 and a Finalist in the same category in 2017. I led 55+ Equity Release to being a finalist in the Best Financial Adviser, 5 Advisers or Less category in 2018 and was a runner up in the Business Woman of the Year category at the 2019 Kent Women in Business Awards.

I work with clients in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Greater London. I will travel to you – and you are under no obligation to proceed if you don’t think equity release is right for you.
