House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee Inquiry in to “Preparing For An Ageing Society – the Committee has begun an inquiry to investigate the impact of ageing on the UK economy and society, the opportunities and challenges the Government needs to consider given the demographic trend and the policies necessary to adapt to this future.

They will particularly consider “how to improve the efficiency of the transfer of assets between generations.” The Equity Release Council has submitted formal evidence to the Inquiry. Our response can be found here
