The Equity Release Council will be at the Later Life Lending Event on Tuesday, 22^nd of November at The Gibson Hall, 13 Bishopsgate, London (EC2N 3BA).  

This new forum will be bringing together the providers of later life lending solutions – high street banks, building societies, specialist equity release providers, and advisers who already deliver existing solutions to older borrowers – who will share their views on new revenue streams for your business. 

In addition, the event will feature presentations showcasing the latest trends, sharing the regulator’s view, analysing the product gap and considering the evolving role of the adviser, along with panel discussions, offering delegates plenty of opportunity to debate and exchange ideas. 

Ahead of the FCA’s release of its ageing population Nigel Waterson  will be participating in ‘The case for change’ panel discussion on the regulator’s perspective with regards to how the lending markets are working to accommodate the needs of older consumers, and where change is most needed.
